Dr. Erica Findley, Dental Director and Associative Executive Director at FHC, has spent her career in the non-profit world because it allows her to pursue the issues she is passionate about: helping those in need, providing opportunities for children, and building communities. She received her DDS in 2013 from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Born and raised in the Midwest, Dr. Findley is very happy to be back, and feels fortunate to be a part of the FHC Family. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Findley is excited to treat all of the patients who make FHC their Dental home. 

Jeff, our Lead Hygienist, graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry in 2019.  He leads the dental team in their outreach efforts and is passionate about Public Health.

Martha and Karina, our Bilingual Dental Assistants, make sure all of our patients feel comfortable and receive treatment as quickly as possible with the highest quality.
